Hello, hello, hello!

I have been juggling a few projects that are off to various publications the past few months, thus the lack of regular update emails, which I’ll soon be returning to — in the meantime, the good news is that POWDER AND FEATHERS, my contemporary dark romance between a transmasc Fallen angel and the depressed and suicidal artist he begins stalking in the park, is finished!

The serial is still available to read for free on WorldAnvil or Ao3 as it has been whilst in progress, or can be read chapter by chapter on Medium, but now it’s complete, it has been re-edited and reformatted, and is for sale as an eBook!

Aimé Deverell, a depressed and lonely artist finishing up his degree in Dublin, watches the world go by, and paints it as it goes. Life is short, he thinks — and thank God!

He’s tired of living it.

That philosophy shatters like glass when his life is threatened by the beautiful Jean-Pierre, a Fallen angel.

You can buy it for your e-reader from Amazon or Smashwords, you can add it to your GoodReads or TheStoryGraph, and you can read it in proper eBook format!

I’m so so excited to hear people’s thoughts, so please let me know what you think, and I hope you enjoy! This work is very different in tone and content to Heart of Stone, my first book, but it’s set in the same universe, and other novels of mine in future will feature the casts of both books crossing over with one another and having their own conflicts and interplay!

If you’d like to share it on social media, I’ve announced it on Twitter, Bluesky, and Tumblr — but of course, please make your own posts, share it on your own pages, live blog or post reviews, etc, if you enjoy it or even if you don’t!

There are plans to make Powder and Feathers available in paperback, but I’m not expecting this to be any time soon, unfortunately — because of the length of the book, about 285k, we’re going to edit it into two volumes to publish in paperback and sell them separately, and that won’t be until at least the autumn. Apologies for the wait for those of you who only like to read longer form works in physical form, but rest assured I will announce the physical release when it’s coming!

As ever, thank you so much for your support, it means so much to me as a creator!
